- One of the main reasons teens have bad eating habits is because of their very busy schedules. Which results in a lack of time to prepare healthy food. The way to fix this problem and for teens to have better eating habits is to find different recipes that are healthy and don't require a lot of time to make.
- Another reason that teens have unhealthy eating habits is the cost of food. Fast food is a good example of food that is unhealthy and is cheap, which makes it easy for teens to eat. Teens have to be shown ways to eat healthy but is still cost efficient.
- Teens also have a habit of drinking soda. Instead of drinking soda teens could drink water or juice. This would help teens be a lot healthier and is a very easy thing to do.
